Rental Policies
PLACEMENT OF UNIT
Rental Units must be placed within 25 feet of the street or driveways so that it is accessible for servicing and removal.
Areas that are not accessible by these conditions will not be approved.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum 50% deposit is due for all orders.
This deposit becomes non-refundable within 3 days of delivery.
BILLING
Our longterm and Construction rentals are billed on a 28 day cycle.
Event rentals are billed at a flat rate
SERVICING
Longterm and Construction units are serviced weekly. We fully clean unit, fill toilet paper and sanitizer.

WHAT TIME WILL MY RENTAL BE DELIVERED?
Trentel’s Portables will provide a time frame before delivery.
IS SERVICING INCLUDED?
For short term rentals, no service is included unless specified extra by client.
For rentals longer than a week, service is included once per week.
HOW MANY UNITS DO I NEED?
For events 1 unit per 30 guests.
For consrtuction sites we recommend 1 unit per 8 workers.
